Work hours for full-time employees typically run Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts, while part-time schedules may vary from Monday to Saturday, depending on team needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will be responsible for:

• Providing individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients' specific needs through thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Delivering evidence-supported therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering a safe and open environment.

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, integrating approaches from various therapeutic disciplines.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

The Phoenix Psychotherapy Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, which may be supplemented with incentives based on performance and client engagement.
