Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough assessments to inform treatment strategies.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse population, ranging from teens to adults, presenting a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
