Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video sessions using evidence-based approaches to support adults struggling with a variety of emotional disorders.

• Collaborate closely with Brightside's psychiatric providers to deliver cohesive care plans and engage with fellow counselors for shared insights and strategies.

• Utilize our electronic medical record (EMR) system, enhanced by advanced treatment tools, to document clinical notes efficiently and monitor patient progress.

• Implement self-assessments and goal measures to continuously adapt and improve treatment plans based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Participate in weekly consultation sessions with leadership for guidance and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Brightside will involve engaging with a diverse clientele, primarily adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological issues. You will be instrumental in helping clients develop coping strategies, process their emotions, and achieve their personal wellness goals through structured support and therapeutic methods tailored to individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.

• At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role.

• Strong proficiency in using telehealth platforms and familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
