This role is designed to be performed remotely, providing you with the flexibility to create a work schedule that works for you while maintaining a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. All necessary tools, including an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system and furnished office supplies, will be provided, allowing you to focus solely on your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse clientele, honing your therapeutic skills across different populations.

• Utilize a billing service that manages claims, client accounts receivable, benefit checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality therapeutic services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client notes and records to ensure compliance and ongoing therapeutic effectiveness.

• Manage scheduling for ongoing client appointments, ensuring an organized calendar to facilitate effective session planning.

• Demonstrate an ability to work with a variety of clinical presentations, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on fostering therapeutic relationships with clients of all ages, providing customized support that addresses unique concerns and challenges. You will engage clients in a variety of therapeutic modalities, with an emphasis on establishing a safe and empathetic space for open dialogue and healing.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with an independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Ability to create and maintain professional therapeutic boundaries, ensuring ethical practice and client safety.

• Be available full-time, ideally offering approximately 20-25 hours per week and at least two evenings per week for client sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive compensation package, you will enjoy:
