The Customer Service & Sales Support Representative is responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to internal & external customers. This includes, but is not limited to entering orders, answering customer inquiries via phone, e-mails, and live chat, entering and processing RA's, processing change requests, maintaining the customer file and escalating customer/system issues appropriately.
This position reports to the Customer Service & Sales Support Manager and is part of the Customer Service & Sales Support team located in Torrance, CA and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide customer support via phones and emails
- Enter customer orders into CRM system
- Enter and process return authorizations
The essential requirements of the job include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Microsoft Office and Database Management experience
- Possess an understanding of the functionalities of CRM & ERP systems
- Strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
