Description - Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and specialized laboratory tests-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and much more in accordance with established guidelines.
• Interpret test results for exactness, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and conduct preventative maintenance alongside calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Help with specimen collection and preparation for analyses as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in training newcomers, and ensure laboratory quality standards are maintained.
• Uphold a clean, secure work environment while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of joining.
• Engage in continuous education to maintain current certification status throughout your employment.
