Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Vitae Health Systems, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address complex emotional and relational challenges.

• Educating clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices essential for ongoing mental health management.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care tailored to each client's needs.

• Staying updated with the latest research in mood disorders to refine and enhance treatment strategies.
