Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at WeCare TLC, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is critical in facilitating their journey toward improved mental health, resilience, and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic connection with clients through digital platforms.

• Strong organizational skills, allowing effective management of therapy schedules and documentation.
