Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client, employing evidence-based methodologies.

• Engage in consultation and collaborative planning for pre-crisis and crisis interventions, including behavioral guidelines and positive behavior plans.

• Document all client interactions and treatment activities in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure the highest level of care.

• Utilize validated screening tools as part of clinical assessments, working alongside the clinical team to monitor progress effectively.

• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, upholding the integrity of our services while engaging with state agencies and community partners.

• Act as a liaison for clients to connect with relevant service systems, amplifying access to necessary resources and supports.

• Establish and maintain strong communication channels within the community to promote our agency’s services and foster new partnerships.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops, conferences, and statewide meetings to enhance expertise and visibility.

• Assist other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to respond dynamically to the evolving needs of the organization and its clients.
