Temp Billing Specialist approx. 4 months, possible conversion to FTE
Location: SeaTac, WA - Onsite
Pay: $25$30/hr.

Role Overview Were looking for a highly organized, detail?driven temp Billing Specialist to support accurate billing, cost verification, and service call processing. This role partners closely with field teams, customer support, and accounting to ensure clean invoicing, timely issue resolution, and reliable financial records. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced, service?driven environment and enjoys digging into details to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate service invoices
- Work with field technicians and managers to confirm labor, materials, and job costs
- Process credits, cost transfers, labor rate adjustments, and non?billable service call documentation
- Maintain organized billing files and respond to customer or internal billing inquiries
- Support continuous improvement of billing workflows and cost?tracking accuracy
What You Bring
- 1+ year of billing experience
- Construction or field?service industry experience strongly preferred
- Understanding of time and material billing
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow?through
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly
