Work Environment

The role is based onsite in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Lincroft, NJ. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour schedule designed to meet the needs of our patients while providing a satisfying work-life balance. The center is equipped with modern therapeutic equipment and resources that support clinicians in delivering optimal care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, identifying their needs and setting clear and achievable therapeutic goals.
• Implement and adjust individualized treatment plans, adapting techniques as necessary to respond to patient progress and changing conditions.
• Deliver comprehensive therapy sessions, demonstrating exceptional customer service by fostering an inviting and supportive atmosphere for patients.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, using evidence-based approaches to maximize patient outcomes and enhance overall effectiveness.
• Implement various treatment modalities across different specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about their conditions and the steps required for optimal recovery, ensuring they understand the importance of adherence to the treatment regimen.
• Effectively manage and document patient care in compliance with organizational guidelines and best practices, utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining high-quality care standards and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The physical therapist will encounter a diverse patient population, encompassing orthopedic injuries, sports-related issues, developmental disabilities in children, and neurological conditions affecting individuals of all ages. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A current state license as a physical therapist, validated by the New Jersey Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a variety of patients.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety and emergency preparedness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in using technology and electronic records.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
