Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and initial consultations to determine patient needs and establish treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief. Our client-focused approach ensures that you can match your therapeutic skills and personal interests with the right patients, fostering meaningful connections and effective outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and current state license as required by your state board to provide clinical services.

• Accepted licenses include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 52,000 and 70,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
