Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Building Patrol in Lake Forest, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report observations. Position Type: Full Time / Swing Shift Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon01:30 PM - 10:00 PMTue01:30 PM - 10:00 PMWed01:30 PM - 10:00 PMThur01:30 PM - 10:00 PMFri01:30 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verifying authorization and following established entry and exit procedures. Report security-related incidents, maintenance concerns, and unusual activity to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
