Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct mental health assessments for clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based screening tools.

• Maintain a manageable caseload with responsibilities that include providing individual, group, and family therapy based on clients’ presenting problems.

• Create and implement integrated care plans, ensuring clients have access to necessary linked services while engaging with family members and other providers.

• Participate actively in a collaborative team environment, contributing to the improvement of service delivery and quality assurance initiatives.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating a proactive approach to manage emergency situations effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with clients from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of mental health challenges. The patients served in our Hospice Center often experience severe emotional distress due to circumstances associated with life-limiting illnesses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with a valid LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
