\nWe currently have openings for full time, talented, and hard working Enterprise Account Executives based in United States.
\n \nWhat you'll do
\n- \n
- Creating and executing a sales plan to meet revenue targets for PhoenixAI’s Agentic AI Database. \n
- Articulating PhoenixAI's Agentic Database value proposition and generating awareness within Enterprise Accounts. \n
- Identifying and qualifying opportunities to drive deals to close. \n
- Building strategic relationships within the executive level in key accounts, including AI and data infrastructure leaders. \n
- Collaborating with Marketing to plan and execute business development. activities including webinars, seminars, workshops, meetups, trade shows, etc. focused on Agentic AI and enterprise data. \n
- Accurately logging sales activities in the CRM system. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Hunter mindset, you are always hungry for new businesses. \n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. \n
- 7+ years experience selling enterprise software or SaaS software. \n
- 3+ years experience of selling database, analytics, data warehouse or data management, or AI/Agentic AI infrastructure products is preferred. \n
- An engineering background or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering is preferred but not required. \n
- Track record of exceeding revenue target. \n
- Willingness to travel when needed and permitted. \n
The base salary for this role is projected at $150,000-$187,500 annually , plus eligibility for PhoenixAI's bonus and equity programs.
\n \nIndividual compensation will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package featuring premium medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Employees enjoy at least 16 days of PTO, parental leave, health savings options, and access to our employee assistance program.
