However, given the nature of our clients' needs, occasional evening and weekend hours may arise to accommodate the schedules of the individuals and families we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify social, emotional, and environmental factors affecting clients’ well-being.

• Craft tailored service plans with measurable goals, therapeutic interventions, and methods for progress tracking.

• Provide individual and family counseling to support clients facing emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relational issues.

• Employ crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessments and safety planning, adeptly responding to immediate client needs.

• Facilitate connections to community resources including housing, healthcare, and financial assistance programs.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of our services, thereby enhancing access to mental health resources.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
