This full-time position will be based remotely, allowing you to engage effectively with clients from the comfort of your home or preferred location. Utilizing telehealth technologies, you will conduct therapy sessions, assess needs, and develop treatment plans in a flexible virtual setting. Regular business hours will be observed, with occasional evening and weekend hours for special programs or community events.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs through structured telehealth sessions.

• Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring tailored interventions that meet clients' unique challenges.

• Draft and implement comprehensive service plans that align with clients' goals, regularly reviewing and updating these plans as needed.

• Act as a strong advocate for clients’ rights and access to community resources, facilitating connections and referrals when necessary.
\n
• Contribute actively to the program's development, evaluation, and grant reporting, ensuring that services remain effective and aligned with organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and provide wrap-around support for clients.

• Participate in regular team meetings, continuing education, and community outreach activities to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work primarily with individuals and families experiencing a wide array of challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and life transitions. Our clientele includes marginalized groups, where cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care are crucial in delivering effective therapy. Your commitment to understanding their unique experiences will empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys more successfully.

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C).

• Knowledge and understanding of social justice issues, advocacy methods, and community resources pertinent to mental health.

• Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, organizational talent, and a genuine dedication to client wellbeing.

• At least 2 years of experience working as a mental health therapist in a non-profit setting or related field.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methodologies is highly advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus an attractive sign-on bonus. Comprehensive benefits include:
