Cook/Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook/Supervisor to join our team at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Berkeley Heights. As a Cook/Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of cooks and assistants in the preparation and serving of meals to our residents. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cooks and assistants in the preparation and serving of meals
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in accordance with established standards and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Supervise and train new staff members to ensure they are proficient in food preparation and presentation
- Assists with menu planning and ordering of ingredients
- Maintains accurate inventory and controls food costs
- Ensures compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cook/Supervisor preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have a valid food service permit
