Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of cooks and assistants in the preparation and serving of meals
• Ensure that all food is prepared and served in accordance with established standards and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Supervise and train new staff members to ensure they are proficient in food preparation and presentation
• Assists with menu planning and ordering of ingredients
• Maintains accurate inventory and controls food costs
• Ensures compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cook/Supervisor preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
