Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional in a school setting
• Familiarity with intensive, individualized instruction methods
• Understanding and application of ABA strategies in a classroom environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students during classroom activities and transitions
• Assist in the implementation of customized lesson plans and behavior intervention strategies
• Work under the direction of teachers and behavior specialists to reinforce instruction using ABA principles
• Document observations and data relevant to student progress and behavior plans
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes learning and independence
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure consistency across educational and behavioral interventions
