This position operates remotely, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while interacting with clients across diverse backgrounds. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct confidential therapy sessions using secure video conferencing technology, ensuring client privacy and safety.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to cater to the distinct needs of individual clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific goals, settings, and timelines.

• Foster client growth by teaching practical coping strategies and resilience-building techniques to navigate their mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them through periods of difficulty, empowerment, and healing. The virtual format allows our team to engage with clients who may otherwise face barriers attending in-person therapy, reaching underserved communities effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
