Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and observations to inform treatment planning. \n Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s presenting issues. \n Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. \n Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care. \n Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing timely and compassionate support to clients in acute distress or emergency scenarios. \n Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health issues. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our diverse client population ranges from children and adolescents to adults grappling with a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n \n A current, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required. \n Possession of a master's degree or doctoral degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. \n Strong ability to communicate effectively and establish therapeutic relationships with clients from a variety of backgrounds. \n Culturally competent with a sensitivity to individual differences and an understanding of how culture affects mental health treatment. \n Proficient organizational skills with a keen attention to detail for maintaining accurate and complete documentation. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working in a telehealth capacity, utilizing online tools and platforms to deliver therapy services. \n Prior involvement in community-based mental health initiatives or educational outreach programs. \n Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to enhance efficiency in documentation and client management. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
