Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients by examining their physical condition, interpreting diagnostic results, and determining functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and treatment goals, ensuring they encompass therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and patient education.
• Implement and modify treatment protocols based on patient progress, clinical evaluations, and discussions with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary care team.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions in compliance with professional standards and regulatory guidelines, ensuring accurate billing and service charges.
• Provide consultations to healthcare providers and collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless continuum of care for each patient.
• Engage in community outreach and educational programs to promote health and wellness, while contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
• Supervise and mentor any assigned support staff and students, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere dedicated to professional growth and competency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a broad demographic, primarily focusing on orthopedic patients dealing with post-surgical recovery, injuries, chronic pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy and eligibility to practice in Florida.
• Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills are essential.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
• Experience in guiding physical therapy aides or students in treatment methodologies and best practices.
• Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques (e.g., manual therapy, dry needling, etc.) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
