Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, including crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support strategies.

• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment processes in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate patient needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans, working alongside related programs to ensure consistency in care.
\n
• Engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring eligibility and standards are met.
\n
• Act as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and service systems to forge relationships and coordinate patient care effectively.

• Establish strong communication channels with stakeholders to align with contract standards and promote the agency's mission within the community.
\n
• Identify and secure partnerships and funding opportunities by networking with local, state, and federal agencies.
\n
• Pursue ongoing professional development; participate in conferences, training, and community meetings relevant to mental health practices.

• Embody and promote the organization’s mission, philosophy, and values in all professional activities.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to enhance team efforts and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing emotional distress, substance use challenges, and developmental disabilities. Your efforts will directly contribute to shaping personalized care plans that address specific needs, ensuring that each individual experiences dignity and respect in their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license, or willingness to obtain licensure in Massachusetts with financial support from the organization.

Compensation and Benefits\n
