Work Environment

As a member of our therapeutic team, you will work closely with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and healthcare support staff, creating a dynamic and collaborative environment that prioritizes quality outcomes for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations in alignment with physician orders, setting clear treatment goals and customized care plans to address individual needs.

• Document patient evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in adherence to professional standards, ensuring clear communication within the electronic health record system.

• Administer appropriate therapeutic interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative treatment modalities tailored to each patient's age, condition, and functional status.

• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and students, guiding them in providing effective patient care that aligns with established therapy goals.

• Review and assess the effectiveness of treatment modalities and make necessary adjustments to enhance patient outcomes, engaging in ongoing evaluation and progress monitoring.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to develop integrated care plans that effectively support patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus
