Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional relationships while upholding ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to monitor progress, discuss stability, and prepare for discharges when appropriate, ensuring continuity of care.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to comply with legal and ethical requirements.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and initiate appropriate treatment pathways.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions consistently while participating in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, thereby improving client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Through a comprehensive understanding of their individual circumstances, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring that each client receives personalized care tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) registration in Texas.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic devices and software, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY to manage client data efficiently.

• Demonstrated skill in delivering direct psychotherapy services and comfort in conducting intake assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
