Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Assess clients based on DSM V diagnostic criteria and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate psycho-educational groups and workshops on parenting and other relevant topics, ensuring participants have the tools they need for emotional growth.

• Maintain accurate and thorough client documentation, including case materials and statistical data, in compliance with health regulations.

• Regularly prepare treatment plans and progress notes that reflect client advancements and setbacks.

• Engage in billing practices to meet contractual obligations regarding reimbursable hours, ensuring the financial sustainability of our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work predominantly with children and community members who are facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will employ your skills to support these patients in developing coping mechanisms and improving their emotional resilience. By addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral difficulties, you will play a vital role in enhancing their overall mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• You must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
