Key Responsibilities\n

As a mental health counselor at One Meditation Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy tailored to each client's unique background and personal growth objectives using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Establish therapeutic goals with clients, closely monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimum recovery outcomes.

• Offer virtual therapy options, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients who may face challenges with in-person attendance.

• Maintain accurate client documentation, adhering to ethical standards and ensuring compliance with all legal and organizational requirements.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities, keeping abreast of the latest trends and techniques in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers competitive compensation with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on your experience and caseload. In addition to salary, we provide:
