Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will primarily be adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. You will work collaboratively with clients to help them navigate their mental health journeys, cultivating a trusting therapeutic relationship based on empathy, respect, and individualized attention.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to balance client sessions effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on licensure board, ensuring a commitment to ethical practice.
