Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring all voices are considered in the process.

• Monitor and evaluate progress towards established outcomes as a collaborative team member.
\n
• Provide direct support and counseling to families, equipping them with tools and resources to enhance their child’s development and address challenges.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations and standards of practice.
\n
• Establish rapport with children, families, and team members to create a warm and inviting learning environment.
\n
• Utilize coaching models and evidence-based practices to recommend individualized strategies for each child within natural learning environments.
\n
• Assist families in understanding and utilizing the services available to support their child’s development.
\n
• Document services rendered and maintain accurate records to track progress and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly those facing disabilities or developmental delays during their crucial first three years of life. The role emphasizes the importance of early intervention, recognizing that this period is critical for cognitive, physical, social, emotional, and communicative development. By working closely with families, you will foster environments where children can thrive and learn essential skills, ensuring their needs are met holistically.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in social work is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Social Work is preferred.

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
