Summary: This is a senior position in a growing company. We are looking for a high-achieving, exceptional, professional, driven, and focused sales leader with experience closing large-scale enterprise deals in an international business environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data solutions, AI, analytics, data services, digital transformation, or related technology sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Devise and execute a personal sales plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect engagement to achieve agreed business objectives, including revenue growth, profitability, and sales targets.
\n
• Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, new business acquisition, account expansion, and other activities related to profitable revenue growth within the Data Solutions Business Unit.
\n
• Work closely with internal teams to add value to prospective and existing clients by effectively aligning their business goals with the company Data Solutions and AI-enabled service offerings.
\n
• Represent the company at all times in a manner befitting the values and ethos of a respected global professional services organization.
\n
• Identify, qualify, manage, and close complex sales opportunities.
\n
• Report on all relevant sales activities, pipeline development, forecasts, and business opportunities to the CSO as required.
\n
• Lead all tender, RFP, and proposal activities, engaging the appropriate resources where necessary to deliver professional, compelling, and timely responses.
\n
• Support and leverage field marketing initiatives, solution launches, thought leadership campaigns, and other demand generation activities.
\n
• Monitor and report on market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging technologies related to data, AI, analytics, and digital transformation.
\n
• Lead, motivate, and energize internal and external team members to create successful sales outcomes.
\n
• Attend and present at external customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and internal meetings as necessary to perform duties and support business development activities.
\n
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, including Chief Data Officers, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Procurement teams.

Requirements

\n

\n
• Integrity, ambition, and strategic vision.

• Strong commercial acumen combined with a passion for helping customers unlock value from data, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Experience developing and managing multi-million-dollar client portfolios.
\n
• Ideally, third-level qualification in Business, Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
\n
• Formal sales training, preferably CCS, Miller Heiman, MEDDICC, or Challenger Sales.
\n
• Minimum 8 years of consultative enterprise sales experience, preferably within data solutions, technology services, analytics, AI, cloud services, or digital transformation.
\n
• Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\n
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a technology or data-driven sales environment.
\n
• Established network and relationships within data, analytics, AI, cloud, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
\n
• Experience negotiating and closing executive-level agreements, including master service agreements, statements of work, and strategic partnerships.
\n
• Strong understanding of data management, data governance, business intelligence, analytics, AI/ML, cloud platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
\n
• Competency with standard productivity tools and familiarity with CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce.com.
\n
• Ability to travel internationally and attend meetings overseas at short notice.
\n
• Effective time management and personal productivity skills.
\n
• Experience selling services and solutions to enterprise customers across industries such as Technology, Data Services, and Data Solutions.
