Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate symptoms such as the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and preferences while using a strengths-based approach.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote effective coping mechanisms in clients.

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, treatment philosophy, and self-care strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Track progress throughout treatment and make necessary adjustments to enhance the effectiveness of the plan based on observed client responses.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
