Account Executive – National Location: United States (Remote with National Travel) Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 Base + Uncapped Commission ($200K+ OTE) Industry: Manufacturing / Food Packaging / B2B Sales New Market | $1.6b Manufacturer | Hunter New Business About the Opportunity We are partnering with a global manufacturing leader to appoint a high impact Business Development Manager as the organization launches into two major growth markets across the United States: Dairy and Food to Go. Backed by a multi billion dollar international business with an established global footprint, this is a rare opportunity to build a market from the ground up while having the infrastructure, investment, manufacturing capability, and long-term backing of an industry leader behind you. The role is a pure hunter position for someone who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities, building relationships from scratch, and winning new business in competitive markets. If you are motivated by autonomy, high earnings, and the opportunity to make a visible commercial impact, this role offers significant long term progression as the US business continues to scale. The Role As Business Development Manager, you will lead new customer acquisition across the US market, targeting major manufacturers and commercial operators within Dairy and Food to Go sectors. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic relationships, managing long sales cycles, and converting new business opportunities into commercial partnerships. This role is ideally suited to a highly proactive sales professional who enjoys high-volume business development activity and has a proven track record of generating and closing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Drive new business development activity across the US market Identify, target, and win new customers within Dairy and/or Food to Go sectors Build relationships across multiple stakeholder levels including procurement, operations, manufacturing, and commercial leadership Manage complex and consultative sales processes from prospecting through to close Generate pipeline activity through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic market engagement Collaborate internally with manufacturing, operations, and leadership teams to deliver commercial solutions Maintain momentum across longer sales cycles and production lead times Develop territory growth plans and execute against ambitious revenue targets Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows What We’re Looking For We are intentionally open on industry background. You do not need packaging experience to be successful in this role. We are looking for proven hunters, individuals who know how to create opportunities, build momentum, and consistently win new business in competitive B2B environments. If you come from manufacturing - even better! Ideal Background Proven success in pure new business sales roles Strong track record of winning and closing new accounts Experience operating within high-volume outbound or consultative sales environments Comfortable managing longer sales cycles and complex buying processes Self-starter mentality with the ability to build territory success independently Highly motivated by commission, growth, and commercial impact Strong relationship-building and communication skills Experience within manufacturing, industrial, food, or related sectors is beneficial but not essential Why Join?
