Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, gathering crucial information to inform treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions through a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An independent license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) issued by the Washington state board; provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Proven ability to conduct professional evaluations and make effective treatment decisions based on client assessments.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with clients from diverse demographics.

• Strong computer literacy skills, comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a telehealth environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic methodologies will enhance your efficacy in this role. Additionally, prior experience working with clients dealing with varied mental health concerns will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
