- Lead and execute strategic fundraising initiatives (individual, corporate, foundation giving)
- Manage a portfolio of ~150 donors
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts
- Build meaningful, long-term donor relationships
- Partner with leadership and foundation teams to drive impact
- Support events, donor tours, and major campaigns
- Meet and exceed fundraising goals while strengthening donor engagement
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree (preferred)
- 3-5+ years of successful fundraising experience (major gifts & corporate sponsorships)
- Experience with donor databases (Raiser's Edge highly preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proven ability to work with high-net-worth individuals and executives
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for KVC's mission
- Valid driver's license & auto insurance
- Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends
- Hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
