This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while serving clients at our detox center in New Haven, Connecticut. Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients both in the office and community settings, providing individualized assessments for those experiencing critical mental health issues.

• Assist in developing and implementing integrated care plans that guide clients toward recovery, including oversight of treatment implementation.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments and arrange for more in-depth evaluations when necessary.

• Regularly monitor client progress through meetings, documenting treatment outcomes and making adjustments to care plans as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention as required, demonstrating the ability to think quickly and provide necessary support in emergency situations.

• Meet with clients in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring that all therapeutic approaches are aligned with client needs.

• Maintain compliance with organizational standards and the ethical guidelines for social services, while effectively navigating operational structures.

• Participate in team meetings and committees aiming to enhance agency service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
