THE OPPORTUNITY :

We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate with at least 3 years of significant law firm experience in employment litigation.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

YOU HAVE :

At least 3 years of significant law firm experience in employment litigation, including two or more of the following areas: discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions, and should be able to handle routine employment litigation with minimal supervision. Excellent academic credentials, strong skills required in legal analysis and writing, and oral communication. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
