Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Synergetic Counseling P.C., your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing detailed treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Tracking progress and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, comprehensive care to patients.

• Participating in regular case consultations to ensure that care delivery meets the highest standards and effectively addresses the complexities of patient needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
