Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a liaison for clients to relevant state agencies and community partners, advocating for their needs.

• Participate actively in agency accreditation processes and continual quality improvement initiatives.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to support the agency’s mission and uphold service standards.

• Facilitate workshops and community outreach programs to enhance mental health awareness and resources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enrich personal skill sets and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve vary widely in age and backgrounds, including individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges, those recovering from substance abuse, and individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injury. You will work in partnership with these individuals to empower them towards recovery and improved quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license, or equivalent certification valid in the state of Florida.

• Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and client-centered approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a telehealth environment is highly desirable, though not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of relevant community resources.
