About the job HR Analyst
SUMMARY:
• Process bi-weekly, weekly, and monthly payroll for over 200 employees, ensuring accuracy and resolving payroll inquiries promptly.
• Maintain and update employee HR Index files, ADP, and G-HR (HRIS) system data.
• Oversee employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401K), providing clear communications and supporting annual health insurance renewals and open enrollment.
• Administer Workers' Compensation claims, ensuring timely processing and compliance.
• Prepare detailed HR reports on labor costs, employee benefits, and payroll analysis, using data to assist in management decision-making.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various employee engagement and wellness initiatives, fostering a positive work environment.
• Perform other general administrative tasks as needed to support HR functions and ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive data.
• Passion for HR and employee development.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred. Employee Benefit
