Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments: Evaluate clients' mental health needs using standardized tools and interviews to establish a comprehensive understanding of their conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans: Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, creating tailored strategies that empower them throughout their therapy journey. Facilitate virtual therapy sessions: Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using secure platforms, adjusting techniques as needed to meet the particular preferences and goals of each client. Patient Population / Client Focus At Awaken Wellness, you will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) . A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required. Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and teletherapy platforms to deliver effective virtual care. Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions. Preferred Experience Experience in teletherapy and remote counseling settings is highly desirable. Proven track record of successfully building rapport and establishing therapeutic relationships with clients through virtual means. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload.
