Accounts Receivable Specialist

You Will Be Collaborating with service departments to conduct high volume monthly billing Applying customer payments Managing and performing collections to maintain AR aging targets Preparing weekly check deposits Sending out AR reports Charging credit cards and doing reconciliations Maintaining relationship with clients regarding payments, invoicing disputes, and chargebacks Measuring and documenting project percentage of completion for revenue recognition Helping with monthly closing Working closely with Revenue Accountant with the support of the Finance team Assisting with annual audit Working with external accountants Supporting process/reporting development, improvement and implementation You Must Have An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years experience in an accounting environment Intermediate to advanced proficiency in NetSuite Strong organization, time management and documentation skills Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills Ability to decipher agreements for pertinent invoicing details Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups, data management) High level of integrity and ability to keep confidential information secure Aptitude to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment A positive attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr twentysix
