Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy plans that align with their unique goals and challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with federal, state, and ethical guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality and protection of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field is required.

• Currently holds an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably within an established healthcare or outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of counseling.
