Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate patients’ ongoing biopsychosocial needs by identifying concerns and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Conduct individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy sessions, adapting therapeutic modalities to meet the needs of diverse client populations.

• Engage as a primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy settings, supporting psychiatric patients through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Gather pertinent patient data in compliance with program and regulatory standards, ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness.

• Adhere to agency policies and ethical standards, maintaining professionalism while upholding the highest level of care.

• Collaborate with both outpatient and inpatient teams to provide crisis intervention and triage evaluations as needed.

• Maintain accountability for all job-specific duties and obligations, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele ranging from individuals facing general mental health challenges to those experiencing complex issues such as trauma, substance misuse, and familial conflicts. You will play a direct role in improving the quality of life for clients, utilizing your expertise to guide them through their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is required.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse recovery, or trauma-informed care is highly advantageous.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards guiding mental health practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a varied clientele.

• A demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software and related technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
