As a member of our team, you will primarily operate from our outpatient office while also having the flexibility to work remotely. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs accurately. You will use standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to inform treatment decisions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families tailored to their unique situations. This may include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, or narrative therapy, depending on client needs.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations by providing intervention and support, leveraging your expertise to de-escalate high-stress scenarios effectively.

• Engage actively in community outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and connect with diverse populations through workshops and educational initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. You will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, allowing you to enhance your clinical skills and cultural competence in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Hold a master's degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
\n
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills; ability to build rapport and form therapeutic relationships with diverse clientele.

• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and adaptability to address the varied needs of our community.
\n
• Possess strong organizational abilities and time-management skills for accurate documentation and timely responses to client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in a community mental health setting is preferred but not required.

• Prior involvement in crisis intervention or emergency response scenarios is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting patient encounters and managing care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
