Your Responsibilities

• Completing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and creating tailored care plans
• Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic health conditions, whether in collaboration with physicians or independently
• Guiding patients and their families on health maintenance, wellness initiatives, and disease prevention
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within your practice guidelines
• Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic care management initiatives
• Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Education and Certifications

• Possession of a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Successful graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or a specialty equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
