Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and collaborate in developing personalized treatment plans for clients, documenting their progress diligently.

• Implement and monitor treatment plans under clinical supervision while being responsive to clients' evolving needs.

• Provide psychoeducation focusing on topics such as perinatal mental health, empowering clients by enhancing their understanding of their conditions.

• Facilitate support groups, encouraging community and dialogue among clients, and addressing shared challenges in a nurturing atmosphere.

• Engage with families and significant others in individual meetings to foster a holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Collaborate with local agencies and civic organizations to ensure final-case advocacy, and effectively direct clients to essential community resources.

• Maintain compliance with JCAHO, Medicaid, and DBH standards, contributing to our accreditation upkeep.

• Actively participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to maintain high standards of care and professional development.

• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation of all aspects of the treatment process.

• Respond to any special requests or needs from the clinical team to provide comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) as mandated by state regulations.

• Proven ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within an outpatient mental health context.

• Excellent communication skills that enable effective sharing of information and respect for others’ expertise.

• A clean record free of Medical Malpractice Claims, validated through third-party verification.

• Authorization to work legally in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits\n
