As we build out our commercialization capability, you will bring muscle and create a more repeatable approach for turning some of the company’s most differentiated technologies and intellectual property, spanning cyber, AI, and other emerging technologies, into compelling, commercially-viable offerings.As an Offering Strategy and Monetization Senior Manager, you will work closely with sector teams to shape the commercial design of priority products and solutions, including how they are structured, packaged, valued, and monetized. You will orchestrate across pricing, finance, contracts, legal, and other teams to build commercial models, create reusable assets, resolve gaps and dependencies, and prepare the offerings for go-to-market. We are looking for a hands-on operator with broad experience in product strategy, monetization, pricing and packaging, or related commercial roles who can translate innovative technology and intellectual property into practical, scalable commercial models. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.What You’ll Work On:Advance the commercial design of priority offerings and produce the tangible deliverables needed to prepare them for go-to-market, with an emphasis on repeatability and reuse. Develop cost models, offering economics, and pricing and packaging frameworks in partnership with sectors, pricing, and finance teams. Orchestrate cross-functional support to build commercially ready, repeatable offerings and prepare them for market.Assess competitor pricing, packaging, monetization models, and commercial structures to inform offering design and commercial strategy.Define commercial pathways and delivery models, including how services, Booz Allen IP, and other assets come together into scalable commercial offering.Resolve commercial gaps, dependencies, risks, and approvals required for commercial readiness.Help build and scale commercialization playbooks, checklists, and reusable tools across offerings.Manage the products and solutions catalog and define business requirements for Salesforce workflows and KPIs.Join us. The world can’t wait.You Have: 10+ years of experience in offering strategy, monetization, pricing and packaging, or commercial roles for B2B software or technology solutionsExperience translating customer and business needs into commercially-viable offering structures, packaging, pricing, and monetization approachesExperience developing and operationalizing commercial structures such as SKUs, price books, product catalogs, and standardized packaging and pricingExperience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, pricing, contracts, and legal teams to bring commercial offerings togetherKnowledge of software business models, cost and unit economics, and discounting strategiesBachelor’s degreeNice If You Have: Experience across multiple routes to market and monetization models, including direct, channel-led, subscription, usage-based, or licensing modelsExperience working with or selling to U.S. government customersCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
