Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the needs of clients utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and interventions that promote healing and resilience.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support focused on enhancing clients' therapeutic journey.
• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments when needed, prioritizing the safety and well-being of clients.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
