Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s goals and mental health needs. This includes conducting detailed assessments and evaluations to form a therapeutic alliance.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client sessions and progress, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies for comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Brighter Future Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges related to substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Providing empathetic support and culturally sensitive interventions will be crucial in fostering client trust and encouraging successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with a variety of patient issues.
