Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.

• Formulate treatment plans that align with clients' goals and preferences, integrating evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that address various issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and personal growth.

• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering stronger relationships.

• Regularly review and modify treatment plans in response to client progress and evolving needs.

• Maintain meticulous client records, including detailed progress notes and treatment documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic, integrated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in challenging situations, exhibiting strong problem-solving skills to assist clients in distress.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and seeking training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, who seek support for a variety of mental health concerns. Our clients face challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and various life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is required.

• Proven ability to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong writing skills for documentation of client notes, treatment plans, and assessments.

• Proficiency with technology, particularly electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy to individuals and couples in various settings.

• Previous work with children and families is a plus.

• Knowledge of telehealth methodologies and tools, as well as experience in remote therapy delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
